'IS THIS THE STRANGEST FOOD IN THE PHILIPPINES!? Another day in Cateel, and this time with a birthday surprise! I was hanging out in our local barangay getting a pedicure. All of a sudden, I was invited to a birthday... with GIANT WORMS!! Yes, the locals here in Barangay San Antonio were eating a unique delicacy called \"tatod\". They look very similar to tamilok, and well... ARE REALLY STRANGE!!! At least for me... a Canadian guy! What a birthday surprise this was! I had a great time learning more about Cateel and connecting with the community here. I really love our new home in Cateel, Davao Oriental. Barangay San Antonion is awesome! Canadian eats the strangest food in the Philippines!?
