'We\'re in Singapore visiting Tiff\'s family right now. Tiff is half Chinese Singaporean and lived in Singapore for a few years as a teenager. On the way back from a fun day out we saw this street food market surrounded by skyscrapers and we HAD to stop. Chilli Crab is supposed to be the best dish in Singapore. But we really think Satay is the best when it comes to everyday street food! This is saying a lot considering Singapore is a hotbed of culinary talent and there is SO much to choose from. We didn’t find out until after but Lau Pa Sat is actually supposed to be the best place in Singapore to get satay. So if you want to try Satay while you\'re in Singapore then that\'s the place to go!
