'Rava vadas are very easy to prepare.no hours of soaking and grinding is required they can be prepared instantly.the outcome of the recipe depends on how you mix the batter.i.e the consistency of the batter.it shouldn\'t be too runny or too hard.leave the batter 15-20 minutes.semolina/suji absorbs the moisture in the yogurt and becomes little hard.so you need to add little water again to bring the batter little runny consistency.I didn\'t add water after soaking but dipped my fingers in the water before patting each vada. but I strongly suggest you to add little water to the batter for the perfect fluffy vadas.otherwise they may come out hard.and please don\'t forget to add baking soda - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. in the above I have added baking soda at 0.51 to 0.53. but you cannot see my hand while adding.it appears suddenly next to jeera.it was a mistake in editing. these vadas can be served with coconut chutney or peanut/tomato or sweet ginger chutney....or they taste good even without any accompaniment....try and enjoy..
