'Uni-Food Technic\'s dry salting unit can be used for several purposes, as it is demonstrated in this video. The dry spices are kept dry and are dispensed in whatever amount chosen by the operator. Dill for Gravad Salmon, lemon pepper, sugar, everything is possible. The machine can also be used for dosing spices onto e.g. spare ribs or bacon.'
