'THIS WEEKS RECIPE How to make How to make Pork Tenderloin with Creme Fraiche sauce Ingredients Servings: 4 1 lb Pork Tenderloin (450g) 2 Bell Peppers (different colors) 7oz. Mushrooms (fresh or canned) 1 Cup Creme Fraiche (2,3 dl) 2 Tablespoons of Tomate Paste 1 Teaspoon Paprika 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes 5oz. Bacon (140g) 1 Tablespoon Cooking oil Directions 1. Slice the baon, Pork Tenderloin into slices and chop the mushrooms and bell peppers 2. Cook the pork in cooking oil so they get brown on all sides – then set aside 3. Cook the Bell peppers and mushrooms for a few minutes 4. Add the Creme Fraiche, tomato Paste, Paprika and Chili Flakes and stir together 5. Add the Pork Tenderloin and Bacon and mix together and let simmer for approx. 10min 6. Done!
