'Because I have alot of truffles to decorate. I have found it to get very expensive to buy the little jars of colored sprinkles. Also I have found that using Gel coloring works alot better than food coloring. Becuse then your sugar isn\'t wet once done. With the Gel color you can use on cookies, cakes, truffles etc as soon as you are done.'
