STEP 2:- TAKE OIL IN A PAN.ADD SICHUAN PEPPER, GINGER, GARLIC, CELERY, AND CORIANDER STEMS. STEP 3:- COOK UNTIL THE RAW SMELL IS REMOVED. STEP 4:-ADD THE CHILLI PASTE. AND COOK UNTIL THE RAW SMELL GOES AWAY. STEP 5:- ADD CHILLI SAUCE, SOYA SAUCE, VINEGAR, TOMATO KETCHUP, AND COOK WELL. STEP 6:-ADD ALL SEASONINGS LIKE SALT, SUGAR, PEPPER, BLACK SALT, AROMATIC.
