'Absolutely yum garlicky and peppery beetroot fry that will go with rotis, wraps or rice. Follow me on Instagram at \'Poojness\' for more recipes and dance videos. Chop four beetroots into tiny pieces. I\'ve used the already cooked and peeled version we get here to reduce time. If you use fresh ones, factor in longer cooking time. 2. Then in a pan, add oil, half tsp mustard seeds, a little channa and urad dal, couple of dried red chillies and curry leaves. 3. Then add loads of chopped garlic and sauté it for a bit. Make sure it doesn\'t burn otherwise the taste will change. It is completely down to one\'s preference. 4. Add a tsp of salt, pinch of turmeric and chilli powder. Then two tsps of black pepper or more if you like. 5. Sauté, cover it and let it cook.  6. When done, add coriander leaves or more curry leaves. 7. Enjoy it with roti, plain rice, curd rice or as I have had, with morkozhambu.'
