Cucumber – fresh cucumber, sliced. Lemon – fresh lemon, thinly sliced, or chopped, with skin. Ginger – Stale ginger, peeled and thinly sliced or chopped.   Description: This cucumber lemon ginger water is excellent for quenching your thirst in a healthier way plus it promotes hydration, supports weight loss, aids digestion, helps improve your immune system and skin appearance. Ending your day with cucumber lemon ginger water is a simple habit that can bring you health benefits in the long run. It’s not a quick all solving remedy but it can have a big impact on your health if you transform it into a routine.  How to prepare: 1. Prepare the lemon, cucumber and ginger, peel and cut.  2. Bring the water to a boil.  3. Place the prepared ginger in a heat resistant glass pitcher (or other convenient container) and pour over the hot water. Let steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until it’s barely warm, preferably cold.  4. Then add the sliced cucumber and lemon. Add more cold water to fill up the pitcher.
