'#53 Making Guga Foods MSG Dry Aged Steak | But Salty'

'Hi Tomodachis!   Although it was the last weejio from Uncle Roger for 2020, we thoroughly enjoyed watching Guga Foods experiment with so many methods of preparing meat! This time, we are watching preparing our own Dry Brined steak inspired by the msg and salt crusted beef, so it won\'t be exactly the same, but the gist of it will be. In addition, we will be trying a wet brine with Shio Kouji, which should be 面白い! (Omoshiroi = Interesting!) We will be using Wagyu Beef, so hopefully it all turns out tasty!  Will adding all this MSG - bringtogether a very flavorful and fuiyoh Taiwanese and Japanese reaction? Let\'s find out!
