'How many times you looked in the fridge or food cupboard today?  According to the survey from AppliancesDirect, on average, Brits were found to look in the fridge or food cupboard a whopping 23 times per day! And this is the data before the “Quarantine”. What makes it more weird is almost half of the times, people just look with some longing involved without touching anything.  Just in 3 weeks, I have gained almost 15 pounds !  And ironically, people are calling the 15-pound weight gain during self-isolation “Quarantine 15”.   But as a girl who also wanna to have a good shape, it is a kind of insulting! I have to change my life tweak. But how can I get rid of this “hunger craving devil”? More importantly, how to make it more effective and faster?  I started to try a variety of tips and tricks online crazily, during the process, I failed several times and once I would like to give up, because I didn’t see any good results, but then I find I should just follow others’ experience, but need to adjust based on my own body.  After 1 week, finally I find my way to kick my “hunger craving devil” away and now I return to a healthy eating life.  Here are my best 7 tips, and I think I really need to share with you if you have the similar situation. Some of them might sound weird but really work even just 30 seconds!
