'Longganisa (Longaniza in Spanish time) this recipe originated recipe from Spanish time the Filipino people adopt this recipe the taste is sweet pork sausage it contain of sugar, garlic, cinnamon, salt a bit, pork, paprika, oil ( I used olive oil more healthier) and pepper course .   In this recipe I didn\'t put a cinnamon due to I don\'t have available at home  I will do this next with the complete recipe if you request it again.
