'1 lb. of ground beef 1 potato 1 onion salt hand full of chive and parsley and couple of basil leaves for the rice 1 cup of rice 2 potatoes 1/2 onion 1/2 green bell pepper 1/2 anaheim pepper 1 table spoon of berbere spices or any spice that you like. you can cook rice or cook just the potato as side dish.'
