'1- Clean and wash Purslane very well. 2- Chop it small like 1\" length. 3- Boil or steam it ( I prefer steaming)till it is tender. 4- Squeeze the water out of it. 5- Add crushed garlic and salt into sour and thick yogurt and mix well. 6- Add purslane to the yogurt. 7- Finally add olive oil . Enjoy:)'
