'A&Z #717 - Atlas vs the giant \"Chihuahua\" Spicy Habanero Burrito Challenge at Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina in downtown Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Eight of my dietetics friends from college and I went on a fun Spring Break trip to Nashville for a weekend and then Gatlinburg, Tennessee to spend a few days hiking around the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!! Before leaving to head home, we went to Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina in Gatlinburg to take on their giant Chihuahua Burrito Challenge. I didn\'t know until I got there that there were multiple habanero peppers inside the burrito, making it extra spicy. I had 30 minutes to finish but I was trying to break the previous 9:30 time record. It has rice, refried beans, black beans, cilantro sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, and seasoned beef topped with chili con carne, an authentic blend of Mexican cheeses plus pico de gallo. There are multiple tortillas used to wrap the burrito and there is a 30 minute time limit to finish. Eat this burrito by yourself within 30 minutes and receive your burrito free and win a sweet t-shirt of your choice!! You do not have to call ahead and book this challenge meal in advance. They\'ll be ready for you!!
