'Building a Japanese Street Food Cart'

06:21 Apr 9
'About a year ago I decided to build a chuckwagon to tow behind my car-camper to make cooking on the road easier. In this video I give a basic run through of how I built it. Technically it is called a \'Yatai\' but while traveling other campers called it a \'tiki bar,\' \'sake bar,\' even a couple times people thought I was towing a dog house. But basically it is an izakaya on wheels. Will post some adventures from the 20k miles I traveled with it, along with some camp cooking videos in the future. Though if you can\'t wait... a chronology of my trip can be found on my instagram \'tokyocooney.\' You can also find me on Twitter and TikTok under TokyoCooney. There is a post with a bit more detail on my website- https://tokyocooney.wpcomstaging.com/2022/12/23/honey-i-built-a-yatai/ You can find most of my gear on my Amazon profile- https://www.amazon.com/shop/tokyocooney?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_aipsfshop_aipsftokyocooney_DE4BW49VR3AC5P3VXR0G'
