'Today we are going on to discover the Nikumatsuri & Kyushu Food Festival in Tokyo, Japan. Located next to Yoyogi park, the festival is coming back after 3 years due to Covid. There are many Japanese food stalls that offer local street food. This festival was focused on meat on any kind & meat barbecue but also other traditional Japanese street food. In this video, you will see the cooking process of Takoyaki. Takoyaki or Grilled Octopus Balls, are one of Japan’s best-known street food that originated in Osaka. This Japanese snack in the shape of little round balls containing pieces of octopus & is cooked in a special molded pan.
