'Today I\'m making one of Cambodian favorite fried dessert called Nom Jak Jhol. This dessert looks easy to make but if you don\'t have the right amount of water, temperature, heat, or wok, it will not turn out right. I\'ve attempted several times and finally I got it thanks to bong srey PkaChuk!
