'Takoyaki or \"octopus balls\" is a ball-shaped Japanese snack made of a wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special molded pan. It is typically filled with minced or diced octopus, tempura scraps, pickled ginger, bonito flakes and green onion. Special order is made with unique toppings. Mine is with tororo and cheese. I’m quite happy with my order. Eat takoyaki while hot, it’s crunchy on the bite. It doesn’t taste good if it’s cold.
