'Takoyaki 「たこ焼き」is probably one of the most popular street food in Japan~ Fluffy, yummy and pretty healthy when you cook at home~♪٩(✿′ᗜ‵ ✿)۶♪ Ingredients - Octopus - Shrimp - Green Onions - 2 Eggs - 1 tbsp Soy Sauce - 1/2 tsp Salt - 360cc Dashi Soup - 120g Low Gluten Flour | Cake Flour - Tonkatsu Sauce - Mayo - Seaweed Flakes - Bonito Flakes How to - Cut cooked octopus and shrimps into small sizes - Chop the green onionsIn a bowl, mix well 2 eggs, soy sauce, salt and dashi soup - In another bowl, sift in 120g cake flour - Pour in the liquid mixture in 3 additions, and mix well with the flour - Brush oil onto the takoyaki pan - Pour the batter in the pan until the batter fills 80% of the holes - Drop in octopus and shrimps into the holes - Sprinkle green onions - Pour more batter onto the pan until it \"overflowing\" - When the batter is getting solid, start turning the \"balls\" - Push from one end to make it turn 90 degrees, then tuck the rest into the hole. - Turn 90 degrees again, so it forms a ball shape - Turning the balls periodically to evenly cook them - After taking the balls out, put on tonkatsu sauce, mayo, seaweed flakes, and bonito flakes - Bon Appetit~/ᐠºัᆽºัᐟ Hope you enjoyed my video and cheers~(๑ˊ͈ ॢꇴ ˋ͈)ᵃʳⁱᵍᵃᵗᵒ〜♡॰ॱ #takoyaki #japanesefood #streetfood #octopusball'
