'This is The Dean of Cuisine doing an at home chef cooking video with Jackie which is one of my supporters. I am learning how to make Gringa Tamales which are wrapped in banana leaves. They are tamales that are from El Salvador. Those tamales were such a blast to make and I felt super proud of myself! I learned so much making those kinds of tamales. That recado sauce made it have a nice twist to it and the banana leaves had a super soft firm texture to them. It made them have a nice moisture, I thought. You can never ever go wrong with Tamales in the Spanish, Mexican and Salvador kinds of foods.'See also:
