'INGREDIENTS: Bengal gram flour: 1 cup. Sugar: 1cup. Ghee :4tbsp. Food colour(orange):2 tsp. Cardamom seeds: few for flavour. METHOD: 1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, food colour, ghee and water mix thoroughly, until it gets pouring consistency. 2. Then take a silver foil and make a small wholes on it. 3. Heat oil in a pan, then pour the ladoo mixture into the silver foil, so that we will get small balls. then keep it aside. 4. Heat a pan, add water, sugar, cardamom seeds, colour powder and mix it well. 5. Boil the sugar syrup, till it comes sticky consistency. 6. Then add fried small balls to the sugar syrup and mix it well, sugar syrup will starts to reduce then add ghee to the ladoo mixture. 7.
