Episode 2 KFC style chicken, wings and wedges In this episode its all about chicken and I might chuck in a couple of other tips for you to get you sort for a cheap fast food fix and one that won’t feel like you’ve just nabbed a cold and soggy uber eats delivery !!!! For the KFC secret recipe….. 200g plain flour 2 tsp table salt 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1 1/2 tsp dried basil 4 Tbsp paprika 1 tsp dried oregano 1 Tbsp celery salt 2 Tbsp garlic salt 1 Tbsp black pepper 1 Tbsp dry mustard powder 3 Tbsp white pepper 1 Tbsp ground ginger 1 Tbsp Aromat seasoning For the wings A box of wings from your local supermarket 1 tsp chilli powder more if you want it hot hot hot ! 1 tsp mixed spice 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp veg oil Salt and pepper For the wedges …. Any potatoes with skin on Any spices that take your fancy Olive oil And a hot oven !!!! 200c / gas 8 for around 20 minutes !!!!!!'
