This meal prepping technique I developed has saved me money, kept me healthy, and extremely energized for the long days at school and work. These step-by-step instructions can get you started on meal prepping in no time! If you eat out on the daily, or hate your universities cafeteria menu, THEN its time to start save money and start cooking!  General Steps: Find one time in your week for meal prep shopping and cooking Find your desired protein(s): wash and season them well. Find your desired vegetable(s): wash and season them well. Cook your protein and veggies in a way that YOU find tasty and portion out 5 meals for your entire week.  Spices Used: 2 tablespoons Berbere (Or Paprika), Tumeric, Salt & Pepper, Rosemary, Garlic Powder  Disclaimer: When your meals turn south, another useful way of meal prepping is to save leftover from dinner and pack them for your lunch.
