'Instant Pot Green Bean Casserole'

'It\'s a #MomHackMonday for Turkey Day! This is a great way to free up some oven space on Thanksgiving **and** cut down on sodium by making your own #CreamOfMushroom base :)   2 tbs butter 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 1/2 onion, finely minced 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tbsp flour 1 cup turkey stock 1 cup milk Pinch of nutmeg 2 cups fried onions 32 oz frozen green beans  Using the saute function on the #InstantPot, brown mushrooms in butter. Stir minimally to promote browning. After 2-3 minutes, add in onion and cook another couple minutes. Add in garlic salt and flour. Cook 1-2 minutes to cook out raw flour taste. Stir in stock, milk, nutmeg and 1.5 cups of the fried onions. Finally add in green beans. Cook on high for 15 minutes before using instant release. Once cooked, top with remaining 1/2 cup fried onions and broil 2-3 minutes to crisp up topping. Enjoy!!'
