Imperfect Foods really helps us to eat healthier and it\'s nice to have food delivered right to your door. This is a great mom hack because it saves you a trip to the grocery store. It\'s especially nice during this quarantine life, if you\'re a working mom or a stay at home mom who is busy making sure the kids do their school work #homeschool. We used the Pineapple Chicken Sausage from Costco. 2 Zucchinis, diced 10 stalks asparagus, diced with ends cut off 1/4 cup chicken broth 1.5 oz sundried tomatoes Choice of seasonings to taste Directions 1. Dice chicken sausage and vegetables 2. Cook chicken sausage until cook through (about 5 minutes). 3. Add vegetables and 1/4 cup chicken broth and your choice of seasoning to taste. Cook until zucchini and asparagus can be pierced easily with a fork and most of the broth has cooked down (about 4-5 minutes). 4. Add sundried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes. 5.
