'Wandering a street food area in Changsha - boyhood home of a certain Mao... Like the rest of China there is a bustling business in noodles, bbq, satay, stinky tofu and organ meats. What I never saw coming were the tiny crawfish tails. Wok tossed in garlic, chili and green onion. SO GOOD.   Changsha was another of our stops \"off the tourist trail\" that surprised us.
