'What is Chinese Jian Bing(煎饼)?  The Chinese Jian Bing(Crepe), is a common street food seen across China. Fast and simple to make, the dish is one of China’s most popular breakfast food. A batter consisting of various flour, eggs and water is poured on a heated pan, which is then spread evenly. The crepe is fully customisable, where you can select the toppings you want inside the crepe! In this video the toppings are egg, various vegetables, fritters, crispy fried cracker(薄脆) and sauce. The crepe is folded and rolled multiple times before serving to make eating much easier and also to keep the toppings in.
