'This is a long one, street foodies. We take a daddy-daughter trip to D.C. and eat some chili. Then my friend YaHong teaches us how to make what I consider to be the Chinese equivalent of chili: ZhaJiangMian (炸酱面). AND THEN my friend Elisa shows us Korean style zhajiangmian.
