'I air fried my 1 inch frozen strip steak for 20 minutes, first at 350 degrees F then turning it up to 400 degrees F to finish it off. I flipped the steak once. It had been previously seasoned, marinated, vacuum sealed & frozen. It was medium well done, juicy and tender with a little \'crispiness\' around the edges. Thanks for watching and please thumbs UP!
