Rajasthan is a predominantly vegetarian state, In this state , the most famous non-vegetarian dish is laal maans. Laal maans literally means ‘red meat’ and the dish got its name because of its red color. Traditionally, laal maans used to be made with wild boar or deer. Today, it consists of marinated spicy mutton curry cooked on a low heat in a fiery sauce of red chillies, garlic paste, sliced onions and curds. A must-try dish for meat eaters. =================================================== This video shows the desi art of making food in the village of india.The villagers are fond of eating spicy food .They are habitual of  cooking food in open ground . The children and women collect sticks for burning . They use makeshift burner by arranging 3 big stones as primitive technology .Their food is still tasty . I love the inviting fragrance  which comes from their food. The women are wearing beautiful traditional tribal ornaments made of gold.
