'In this travel vlog , I have shot a informational video about the village culture. the woman is cooking red meat on stone stove . she is wearing ethnic jewellery . and has veil. talking in rajasthani language . Rajasthan is a predominantly vegetarian state, In this state , the most famous non-vegetarian dish is laal maans. Laal maans literally means ‘red meat’ and the dish got its name because of its red color. Traditionally, laal maans used to be made with wild boar or deer. Today, it consists of marinated spicy mutton curry cooked on a low heat in a fiery sauce of red chillies, garlic paste, sliced onions and curds. The children and women collect sticks for burning . They use makeshift burner by arranging 3 big stones as primitive technology .Their food is still tasty .
