'This is a long time overdue and as promised, here is a rough idea of the cost of living in Shymkent, Kazakhstan...   $350 - Rent  $100 - All Utilities $200 - Clothes $300 - Food  $50 - Internet and Netflix $100 - Eating out at least once a week --------------- $1,100 - Per month  --------------- Utilities is a lot less right now, probably about 33% because there is no heating etc. So maybe I should average that to $65 a month to average it out - but to be pessimistic is safer.'
