'Delicious South Indian Wedding Food preparation for 600 guests. This video includes delicious feast preparation after a Muslim wedding/Nikah ceremony. The feast consists of Non-Vegetarian Indian delicacies like Shahi Mutton Biryani, Butter Chicken, Fish Fry, Fried Puri, Chicken Roast, Fried Quail, Mutton Chops, Channah Dal Halwa, and Kaddu ka Halwa (dessert). Pans were prepared by the Shahi Catering Company based in southern India. It is a very traditional practice to invite a large number of guests in India. The footage shows the Chefs were draining water from the half-boiled rice quicker and mixing with lamb curry in order to make Biryani. There are scenes showing the making of Parathas and different types of Chicken Kebabs. Indeed yummy.
