ONLY 2 ingredient dishes to be eaten in this food challenge. It\'s tough but we made it through! Hope you like watching it.   Recipes  Dish #1  Banana Pancake Put 1 egg and 2 bananas in a mixer jar and make pancake batter  Pour batter scoop by scoop Drizzle maple syrup (optional) and enjoy!  Dish #2 Monaco Bites Put mozzarella cheese over monaco biscuits  Bake @ 180 C for 5-7 mins or until the cheese melts Drizzle oregano (optional) and enjoy!   Dish #3  Chocolate Cake  Separate 3 egg whites from yolks Whip egg whites until peaks are achieved Melt dark chocolate Mix egg yolk with melted chocolate one at a time  Fold in whipped egg whites   Dish #4 Peanut butter cups  Melt dark chocolate and pour in silicone moulds put peanut butter in center  Cover with dark chocolate  Refrigerate for 2-3 hours!  Enjoy  Dish #5 Potato chips  Slice boiled potato and dip in crushed kurkure or your choice  Air-fry or bake for 10-15 mins  Enjoy with ketchup!  Dish #6 Masala corn Microwave corn for 2 mins  Mix any masala/spice mix of your choice  Enjoy movie-theatre like Masala corn   Dish #7 Cut multigrain bread into small slices  Toast in garlic butter  Enjoy garlic toasties!  Dish #8 Ice-cream cookie  Take one cookie Spread ice-cream using spoon  Sandwich using another cookie  Refrigerate for 2-3 hours  Enjoy!  Dish #9 Strawberry Sorbet  Blend in honey and strawberries  Refrigerate in popsicle mold or ice tray as desired for 4-5 hours  Enjoy!  Dish #10  Chocolate truffles Microwave milkmaid for 1 minute Sift in cocoa powder  Spread on cellophane sheet and refrigerate for 5-6 hours  roll into balls and dip in cocoa powder  Enjoy!
