'Junk food is one of the main reasons of weight gain and we are surrounded by all kinds of junk food.   The smell and aroma coming out of crispy creme or any other food chain is meant to attract people. It feels out of control and all we think at that moment is to eat that food. I must have driven through at least five times at the minimum with my Children this past week and I didn\'t want anything.  And it\'s not that I felt like I was depriving myself.  I was choosing not to have it.  And I was actually, consciously making a decision whether I felt like I was hungry and not trying to figure out   what I was going to eat if I did want something. When I got home,   I didn\'t want the fast food, and it didn\'t make me feel bad.  I didn\'t feel like I was missing out on anything and watching my kids eat, and they even offered me fries and whatever.  I just didn\'t want it and I went to Panera and I always used to look at the Chocolate chip cookies and always craved wanting them  I would never get them.  Mostly, you know, there were expensive, they were also very fattening.  I would leave them there, I would always feel bad and think about that cookie.  But now when I go And when I went last night, I saw the cookies.  But it didn\'t have that hold on me.  I didn\'t want them.  I didn\'t crave it.  I actually just was almost indifferent to it.  And I am realizing that I could have had the cookie, but I just made better decisions.  It\'s a better decision for myself, not to eat it.'
