Back in early October on the day after completing an 8lb sheet pizza challenge in Topeka, Kansas, I drove down to the Little Rock, Arkansas area en route to Nashville, Tennessee. I took on the giant 5lb Sarge Burger Challenge at Pig\'n-Chik BBQ in Sherwood which was delicious and so much fun. I had 30 minutes to finish a 4lb beef patty plus 1lb of bun and toppings, and the crowd that night was awesome. It was great to see and meet everyone there, and thanks to everyone at Pig\'n-Chik for the wonderful hospitality and food!!
