'Welcome! This is episode one to my Chinese Cuisine Training Recipe Vlog! After training in traditional French cuisine for the last year at culinary school, I realized how much I missed Chinese food. I remember talking to some Europeans during my time abroad and I was surprised to realize that many people assume Chinese food to be clumsy and sloppy. So this is my way of sharing as I learn myself, all the wonderful techniques that was invented in Chinese cuisine. I will be covering all the recipes I loved growing up as well as secret family recipes from my parents : )  Ingredients: Vermicelli 150 g Pork belly 120g Bell pepper 60g Dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked)50 g Onion 50g Cabbage 130g 2 eggs Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon  Seasoning: Soy sauce 1 tbsp Fish sauce 1 tbsp Cooking wine 2 tablespoons Salt 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder 1 teaspoon'
