'Even simple bread also can Trigger headache if it is like savour bread or contain some kind of preservative, cheese bread something like that, although we think fruits and vegetables are healthy yes they are healthy but if savour foods are eaten at empty stomach they also put trigger acidity and migraine pain for example fruits like oranges, basically citrus food should be avoided at empty stomach, cheese is a trigger of migraine pain as well as the of headache because some process involved in making of cheese like fermentation and how long it has been preserved. So people with frequent headaches should avoid, should limit the eating of cheese anything which contains the tendency and Caffeine also should be avoided if you have frequent headache, it is said that quitting caffeine causes more headache. so you should only quit suddenly but at the slow phase. There are some preservatives used in the preservation and taste enhancer and which keep the food same test for longer period of time for example there used in hot dogs or some kinds of meats or pepperoni or whatever processed foods are there, so people with too much headache or frequent headaches should avoid eating the food. People should take more balanced diet in the sense that the food should be rich in proteins, it should be colourful diet like having more fruits and vegetables, some kinds of nuts because they are rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids especially walnut which is again anti-inflammatory, milk and milk proteins, daily proteins to make the complete diet, so stay healthy.'
