'Creamy Pork Pasta,  My semple recipe for healthy life living; Ingredients: -2tbsp olive oil -1 small onion, diced -2 pounds lean meat -1 cloves of garlic minced -2 tsp kosher salt 1-(28-ounce) can tomato sauce 1- cup of chicken broth -1/4 flour -1 pound of rotini pasta -1 cup of heavy cream -2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese but I used parmesan cheese and cheese for sandwiches hehe Optional parsley and garnish My instructions;  1-In a large ,deep skillet heat the olive oil over, medium heat.When the oil is hot add in the diced onions and saute to 5-6 minutes until they begin to soften. Add the pork to the skillet and break the meat a part,cook until no red remain.Drain excess Grease and return to heat. 2- With the heat still on medium add in the garlic, and flour cook for 1- minute, stirring constantly to coat. 3-Add in the tomato sauce and broth and stir to c0mbine . Bring the boil and simmer for 15minutes  4- While simmering boil the Rotini according to pasta directions.Drain. 5- Add the cream and pasta to the sauce, stirring to combine. Add in the cheese and stir until melted. 6- Garnish with parsley if desired to serve immediately. -'
