This local near tokyo street food tour is very different than many of the street food spots that I\'ve shown as many of the shops and restaurants here still have an Edo period feel. It’s only about a 10 minute train ride from Narita Airport so you can come here if you’re on a layover or just in the area. After you get off at Narita station, there’s a 800m long omotesando shopping street, sando for short, that leads directly to the Narita san Shinshoji Temple which dates back more than 1000 years. This area flourished during the Edo period and you can still see some of that influence today. These are my favorite and best Japanese street food spots in this area.
