'I brought my blogger friends to a Chicken Proven or Proben stall at the back of Cebu Doctor\'s Hospital. It was their fist time to eat it and they liked it. Proben is a popular street food in Cagayan de Oro and some Northern and Western Mindanao Cities. It is now a favorite of many Cebuanos. This street food is from the Proventriculus of the chicken that is dipped in a batter then deep fried to a crisp.
